Active Hearing Solutions are accredited to provide free assessment and hearing aids to eligible pensioners and Dept Veteran Affairs clients.

An Office of Hearing Services application form may be required for qualifying applicants. Application forms are available for download from our links page. Our staff can assist you in completing form, if needed.
